Diverse Wellbeing Services Limited provides more than just counselling and personal training that we term as “Mental and Physical Wellbeing“. Therefore, in our fitness weekends programmes, we empower our clients to live a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, how to train efficiently and how to eat a healthy diet in an everyday world that we all live. To summarise, our unique way of helping has helped so many people to achieve their goals.  Because, our key points in fitness weekends or retreat are improving health, focusing on mental and physical wellbeing. We cater programmes for everyone either you are a sedentary person with very little or no current exercise. Our highly experienced trainers help and guide you through SMART plans and make every session fun but at the same time challenging but achievable for everyone in a relaxed and friendly environment. Our trainings are for both male and female at various locations. Remember, everyone has different ambitions, from losing weight to achieving professional fitness performance.  To help, we have got the capacity to arrange for all abilities and to achieve goals. Thus, alongside training, we educate as well to give you understanding of your own anatomy and physiology. This helps you to choose a safe and an appropriate plan to fit within your routine.
