1. Adeela Irfan – Psychologist – DWS (Diverse Wellbeing Services Ltd.)

As a specialist psychologist and psychotherapist, I work with the National Health Services UK, focusing on services for adults with autism/ADHD, PTSD, couples, psychosexual therapy, and psychological therapy for comorbid mental health conditions. I am deeply interested in the efficacy of psychological therapies for these groups and the necessary adaptations in therapy. My extensive experience in assessment, formulation, and clinical management allows me to contribute to service development, supervision, safeguarding, and the creation of innovative client engagement methods in therapy.

My area of expertise in Anxiety, Depression and Post Traumatic disorders, Narcissistic Personality disorder, Sexual abuse, Domestic violence, Eating disorders couples and relationship issues, Sexual addiction and Psycho-sexual disorders.

I am experienced and a qualified supervisor, providing clinical supervision to qualified psychological therapists, trainee clinical psychologists and other roles as appropriate. My broad theoretical knowledge of psychology/common mental health problems and specialist skills help me to contribute in development of other clinician’s skills through supervision.

2. Irfan Qureshi – Psychologist – DWS (Diverse Wellbeing Services Ltd.)

I’m a Psychologist (GMBPsS) with a specialist in Sport and Exercise Psychology. I am passionate about helping people strengthen their mindset, improve their wellbeing, and perform at their best – both in sport and in everyday life.

I hold an MSc in Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Psychotherapy & Counselling. I am a Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (CASES). Alongside my psychological practice with DWS Limited, I also bring practical performance experience as an Assistant Athletics Coach, and as a qualified Fitness/Studio Instructor and Personal Trainer.

This blend of psychological expertise and hands-on performance experience allows me to truly understand both the mental and physical demands people face, whether in competitive sport, the workplace, or personal life.
